I am a dedicated healthcare professional and nonprofit leader with a mission to improve lives through research, community engagement, and meaningful support systems. My career has been shaped by a passion for empowering individuals impacted by illness and fostering environments where healing and connection thrive. In my current role as Program Manager at the Cardiac Arrest Survivor Alliance (CASA), I lead a vibrant online community of over 1,550 cardiac arrest survivors. My work includes improving operations, developing tailored engagement strategies, and launching educational resources. Previously, as a Research Coordinator at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, I contributed to an observational study on sudden cardiac death by conducting over qualitative interviews and managing communications with hundreds of participants weekly. I also developed outreach strategies to improve participant engagement, created protocols to enhance data collection efficiency, and collaborated with leading researchers to secure funding for impactful projects. I bring a unique blend of skills to my work, whether designing innovative programs, facilitating research, or building supportive communities, I strive to combine technical expertise with a human-centered approach. I am passionate about creating opportunities that drive meaningful change, whether it’s through research that informs public health strategies or programs that empower individuals to navigate their health journeys with confidence.
