About Lucy Read

I found my feet in technology through a traineeship in hardware repair and data recovery services for Apple devices. This allowed me to develop strong skills in customer service and advanced hardware repair. This led me to a management role for a high-street repair business, offering exceptional repair services to the general public. In 2022 I decided to peruse my passion of managing larger, enterprise systems by joining ADM Computing as a trainee support engineer. Through this role, I have retrained in Microsoft desktop support, with a particular interest in Microsoft cloud technologies. Since then, I have qualified as a first line engineer, and gained my first Microsoft certifications. I’ve always maintained a strong understanding and knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, and I have been able to further build on these skills by supporting and installing Apple systems for business customers. I’m currently working towards becoming an Apple certified professional while continuing to develop my skills in all areas of IT administration at ADM Computing.
