About Lucy Robertson

With over 20 years in the HOA and facility management industries, together with my experience managing all aspects of community development for Airia Development's growing portfolio of commercial and residential properties, my broad and versatile business exposure has given me a unique perspective on the common interest properties industry. My commitment to best practice is evidenced by my involvement with the Community Associations Institute as a past board member of the Greater Houston Chapter, co-chair of Chapter membership, member and chair elect of the Homeowner Leaders Council, and member of the 2025-6 Board of Trustees. My goal is to employ my rich experience and wide knowledge base to assist in the creation of the next generation of successful and vibrant master-planned communities in the Greater Houston market.
