With over three years of experience in the banking industry, I am a passionate and dedicated assistant manager at Steinbach Credit Union, where I lead a team of member services representatives and receptionist. I have developed and implemented various initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, as well as to increase cross-selling and referrals. I have also designed and delivered training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, as well as to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. I have a BA in sociology from the University of Winnipeg, and I have acquired skills in retail banking, banking, and commercial banking. I am committed to providing exceptional service and value to our members, and to supporting the mission and vision of Steinbach Credit Union, which is to be the most trusted and respected financial institution in Manitoba.
