Highly experienced Organisational, Learning and Development specialist from Organisational/Occupational Psychology background with a specialist interest in Organisational Development and Change. My practice is driven from being an experienced performance and personal coach working with all levels from frontline to executive director level. Worked extensively in the Health Sector and experienced in delivering fast paced and effective cultural transformation programmes. This includes using a wide range of metrics to diagnose and monitor organisational health to create programmes of work that are focused on the things that will actually make a difference. Design and delivery of bespoke programmes of work is one of my core skillsets and I am able to do this at a team level or at a strategic organisational level. I have a wide range of skills and experience to offer when designing programmes to ensure that they are solution focused. People management and staff engagement are two key areas of interest to me and make the most difference to good organisational health. I focus on designing and delivering programmes that ensure our leaders and managers are clear on what is expected of them both behaviourally and performance wise. My background as an Organisational Psychologist also allows me to also deliver best practice in recruitment of staff including design of Values Based Interviews and scoring alongside comprehensive Assessment Centres for highly important posts. This is part of a comprehensive approach to Talent Management. Fully qualified Performance Coach that allows me to coach individuals and teams to achieve their goals and improve performance. Career development Coaching is also a core part of my coaching practice. Currently working on achieving my ILM level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring to further improve my practice.
