My journey spans sales, service, strategy, and operations across diverse markets, giving me a deep understanding of what drives productivity and sustainable growth. As a working mother, I’ve learned that structure, empathy, and communication are just as vital in raising a family as they are in leading a team. Leadership is about empowering others—whether guiding a sales team to success or helping families balance work and home life.
