I am fully AAT qualified with MAAT status and experienced working in a payroll bureau environments, overseeing the end-to-end payroll for a wide range of clients with headcounts up to and exceeding 1700 employees. This includes the input of payroll information into the software, reviewing the work of colleagues, RTI submissions, reporting and pension submissions. I also have experience corresponding with clients, employees and HMRC. I am proficient using IRIS Payrite (FMP), IRIS Earnie, GPMS, BrightPay and Xero payroll software. I also took on a lead role in the implementation of BrightPay payroll software in my previous role, including the transfer of payroll data from IRIS Earnie, manual data input, corresponding with the software provider and training my colleagues. I have a good attention to detail and am used to working to strict deadlines to ensure that employees are paid on time. Prior to my time working in the payroll, I worked in various other areas of accountancy practice such as auditing, the preparation of accounts, and bookkeeping.
