About Ludo Langenhoff

Over the last years, I have focussed on the processes in organisations. Lean management (or better: the approach of continuous improvement) helped me to look at these processes differently and it changed my approach to problems significantly. Both as a person and a professional, I have grown since. I get my energy by working with and in teams in large improvement projects as well as working in small groups on continuous improvement in a day-to-day operation (stand-ups, report-out). Both aspects of continuous improvement appeal to me: revolutionary and so, game-changing projects with large teams as well evolutionary steps in SGA's. In the past, I have been involved in building logistics information and planning systems, as well as quality systems. In my role as key-user and manager, I got experienced in using SAP, Navision and Exact systems to enable the operation to function smoothly and accurately in the area of planning, forecasting and logistics (WMS). By using add-ons, I got experienced in building almost any additional requisted solution. Since 2012, I am more focussed on optimizing processes first (lean management). The system-side in a project is not as important for me as it was before. Working with people and improving together makes me tick!
