About Ludovic Lambert

A high motivation, a natural curiosity and numerous state-of-the-art collaborations have helped me to develop a methodological and operational expertise in information systems. Trained and experienced in Software Development and IS/IT methodologies; SAFe, CMMI and ITIL certified; I’m specialized in software development lifecycle management (SDLC) and related processes, methods, tools and organisations. Throughout my different missions, I acquired a robust experience on process transition and people change management. I also have a strong background in technical architecture, system administration and operation of production systems. With over 15 years experience as project manager, Product Owner or Scrum master at Michelin, Valiantys, Alstom and Renault, I have the required abilities to efficiently manage a technical team, a projet or an ART, based on the best practices from SAFe, Scrum, CMMi, PMBok and PRINCE2. I built part of this experience in international environments as I spent over 2 years in foreign countries: USA (1 year), UK (9 months), Philippines (6 months), Singapore and China (1 month). Combining a process-oriented vision, a continuous attention to work products quality and objectives achievements, I held a quality manager position, responsible for processes, methods and tools management in a distributed software development team of 80 people at Alstom Grid in Montpellier. Since then, I conducted a reconversion projet to start a new and exciting business, which is now achieved. I want to close this parenthesis and return to my favorite domain : project management and software development.
