I focus on security awareness, developing and implementing robust security policies, and improving our overall cybersecurity posture. As part of our incident response strategy, I manage vulnerability assessments and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our security protocols are aligned with industry best practices. My mission is to foster a culture of security awareness that empowers our users to be proactive in maintaining our security standards. As Geovariances’ IT Manager, I oversee all aspects of IT strategy, operations, and service delivery to meet the unique needs of the business. My responsibilities include managing end-to-end technology solutions, optimizing IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our teams and IT department. I work closely with stakeholders to align our technology initiatives with business objectives, with the goal of improving productivity, innovation, and operational efficiency.
