More than 20 years of experience in IT worked for industry leaders. Started my career working for small IT company on part-time during university studies. Moved to EDS and one of largest IT companies around the world Oracle. Being passionate by managing big projects and programs. I love organizing things and people in one compact team to go towards the goal. I draw multimillions programs and successfully delivered business benefits to customer. Interested in new IT visions, technologies and application. Lead project management practice for Czechia and Austria. I setup objectives of the team members, help to develop their professional and personal skills. I get engage in complex project to lead project managers in driving the project toward successful project finish. I played key role in business development, bid presentation and contracting phase of the deal. Played key role in biding team to successful till deal close. Contracted several multimillions deals in banking, telco and retail industry. MY BELIEF: Project management must focus on delivery of business value rather than just deliver IT system.
