About Lufei Sui

I am a passionate scientist with expertise in translational biology, cancer immunology and structural biology, dedicated to bridging the gap between target discovery and therapeutic development. My work focuses on leveraging cutting-edge models and advanced analytical techniques to drive innovative drug discovery solutions.In my current role as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, I have led the development of a 3D tumor spheroid-based drug screening platform to identify and validate novel therapeutic targets. This work spans the full preclinical pipeline, from target discovery to in vitro and in vivo validation. My ability to combine deep structural biology insights with translational research allows me to design and execute comprehensive strategies for target characterization and therapeutic intervention.
