About Luigi Brancato

Leading ElmediX's engineering division, my role as Chief Technology Officer for over two years has played a crucial role in advancing development of our medical device for oncological thermal treatment. I lead a multidisciplinary team that has developed strong technical skills through extensive work on thermal modeling, designing and manufacturing of implantable temperature sensors, and medical devices for whole body hyperthermia. Our focus is on ensuring patient safety, with an emphasis on biocompatibility, accuracy, precision, and personalized approaches to treatment delivery. We are collaborating with medical professionals, preclinical scientists, and regulatory experts to conclude our clinical validation phase and obtain CE certification for our cutting-edge medical device designed to improve cancer treatment outcomes.
