About Luigi Manca

As the Director of Simulation and Decision Science at Engineering Industries Excellence, I have over 15 years of experience in applying cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to help customers across different industries achieve a more profitable and efficient decision-making process. I lead a global team of experts in simulation modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, delivering innovative and data-driven solutions for complex business problems. I have a strong background in industrial engineering, with a master's degree from Politecnico di Milano, and a passion for solving challenges using simulation and optimization techniques. I have co-founded and merged a successful management consulting boutique specialized in simulation modeling, and I have authored and presented multiple publications on pain and sleep interference prediction and optimization. I also share my knowledge and expertise as an adjunct professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, teaching process management and organizational changes through simulation techniques. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to drive digital transformation and create value for customers and stakeholders.
