About Luigi Musco

I am an IT Manager (PMP certified) with about 20 years of experience in the digital sector. I currently work as a Web Portal Solutions Manager and lead a team of around 40 people. I am responsible for supporting the external and internal communication activities of PAs by providing the best technologies and skills in the creation and management of internet and intranet sites and portals, in compliance with cyber security and accessibility standards. I am very familiar with the Agile methodology (in particular with the Scrum framework), of which I am a supporter and evangelist. I have acquired high administrative skills in contract management and operational management (active and passive cycle). I am RUP and DDE of some contracts. In the past years I have worked as a Demand Manager in the digital services sector and managed the development of important mobile apps with over 1 million downloads, in the gaming, financial services and telecommunications sectors, contributing to the digital transformation of the companies I have worked for. I have a solid technical background especially in the development of digital channels and a good knowledge of the principles of usability and user experience design. Over the years I have gained experience with various team management techniques and complex projects. I am a music lover and a musician. In fact, I play bass and guitar in a rock band. I am passionate about aerobic sports and I constantly practice running and cycling.
