I'm an aerospace Engineer with a passion in management of technical activities and especially oriented to the new technologies. In my professional experience I was able to develop all those managerial skills that characterize my profile: I coordinated directly several teams as leader. I coordinated, as a staff position to the Director of Operations, the function of planning, purchasing, engineering, and Manufacturing. I follow development of medium/high complexity products in Oil & Gas industry, and plants for production of electricity from renewable sources. I can provide effective and tangible results in the field of technical management, operations management, production improvement, lean manufacturing, lean thinking, project management and team building.
