About Luigj Berisha

I am a highly motivated mechanical engineer with a degree from Politecnico di Milano. With over 7 years of experience in site management and project management of large automation sites, I have demonstrated a strong ability to handle complex projects and successfully bring them to completion. My past experience includes coordinating and supervising large-scale automation projects, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and the highest quality standards. During this period, I developed key skills in resource management, strategic planning, and identifying optimal solutions for technical challenges. Over the last 3 years, I have embarked on a new path as a technical sales specialist in the intralogistics industry, specializing in Consultative Selling. Through this transition, I have gained in-depth knowledge of customer needs and market dynamics in the intralogistics sector. Working closely with clients, I provided customized solutions and technical support to ensure successful implementations and achieve desired outcomes. I am passionate about automation and technological innovation, constantly seeking opportunities to develop and apply my skills to address the most challenging industrial demands. If you are interested in collaboration or discussing projects in the intralogistics or automation field, feel free to reach out to me. I am open to new challenges and opportunities that allow me to grow professionally and contribute to the success of companies and organizations.
