About Luis Boada

General: Luis brings over 20 years of expertise in business innovation. He began his career at a technology startup before transitioning to an industrial multinational corporation, where he led the company’s first intrapreneurship project while also holding executive roles in the corporate innovation department. Over the past 15 years, he has worked as both a consultant and a manager for multiple deep-tech spin-offs from universities and research centers in Spain and the United States, spanning fields such as Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Artificial Intelligence in healthcare, Semiconductors, and Space. Luis holds an MBA from IE Business School, a Master’s in International Business from the Public University of Navarra, and a Law degree from the University of Navarra. As a Management Consultant with extensive experience in deep tech ventures, his expertise includes- Supporting spin-offs and technology transfer (IPR, Transfer Agreements)- Providing business coaching for researcher-entrepreneurs, developing business plans, R&D accounting, fundraising strategies, valuation, due diligence, and fundraising execution- Securing public funding through EIC, ESA, Eureka, and Spanish national programs- Industries: Medtech, Biotech, Aerospace, Sensors & Microelectronics, ITC, Industrial Technologies.
