Hi! ‍ I’m Luis, an Electronics Engineer working as a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead ‍ As a professional: I’ve had experience at a wide range of areas (IT, Financial, Banks, Oil & Gas, Insurance, Textile, Medical), leading a great variety of people, teams and organizations under different Agile frameworks, from autonomous teams of 6 people to large teams of +14 people being part of a scaled structure of teams. As an agilist, I have experience working with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and other kinds of frameworks we had to adapt in order to find the best fit for a team. ‍ About my skills: My most highlighted skills are people-oriented ones. I am a team player who has a great ability to connect with my teammates and coworkers by being empathic and understanding their ideas and their needs with active listening. I also have great team building skills, making sure to create an environment where everybody can be listened to. I’m highly experienced in working on multiple Agile frameworks, Leadership Teams, Programs, Products and Teams across the organizations. I’m a quick learner, analytical and have the ability to work and decide under pressure. I have excellent communication and presentation skills, mentoring and coaching. ‍ Outside my working hours I enjoy playing Field Hockey, trying food from different places/cultures, playing video games and watching football matches. I like drinking mate (Argentinian traditional tea), coffee and good music.
