With over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, I am passionate about driving innovation, optimizing business processes, and leading international teams to deliver impactful results. My career spans strategic roles across Europe, America, and Africa, where I’ve successfully managed complex IT projects that align technology with organizational objectives. As IT Manager at Rovensa, I oversee a global IT portfolio that includes management of the entire Software Portfolio, Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure, BPM platform implementations and systems integrations. Key achievements include: ‍ Leading the evaluation and selection of software solutions based on business objectives and priorities. Leading the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture Leading a Building a full BI stack (ETL, data warehouse, Power BI reporting), using on-prem and Cloud platforms and getting information from SAP, SAP SucessFactors, Salesforce among others. Leading cloud migration and Artificial Intelligence projects. 🤝 Integrating SAP and Success Factors with Bizagi, Sequence, and Active Directory and other tools. Consolidating SQL Server environments for enhanced performance. Beyond technical expertise, I have a strong academic foundation with a Postgraduate Degree in Business Process Management and advanced certifications in Microsoft technologies, leadership, and data analytics. I’ve also shared my knowledge as a lecturer at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, mentoring the next generation of IT professionals in programming and database management.
