About Luis Castaneda

Hi, My name is Luis! Currently an Operations Manager with 5+ years experience in leadership management, customer service, project management and data entry. During 5 years at Teleperformance I developed individual talent to further achieve certain KPI's and goals and pushed to obtain better results. I was the guy that would teach people on the individual talent that they were missing and how to develop it. Now I'm Operations Manager at a Topfoxx; a fashion accessory company where I develop different departments by locating certain bottlenecks and areas of opportunity and applying my knowledge to locate and employ efficient solutions. I also source different sales channels and review potential exploit capacity, and then of course; attack them.I never saw myself in the fashion world until I got the opportunity, and I have enjoyed and loved every moment of it since. I always enjoy seeing where people want to go with what they are doing and promote pushing themselves individually. Passionate people have a way of making me dream like none other. I loved to see people quit to go and chase their dreams and even be reached out to help in some way or another. I've spent days of my time helping out friends with research or simple tasks because of how contagious they can be with what they're passionate about. Hopeful to see what technology can do to the world and it's people.
