About Luis Castaneda

My name is Luis Castaneda. I am currently employed as a granite counter top installer/ service technician. I have been employed in a home upgrade related field for approximately 14 years. This includes some time in the flooring industry. I have experience with carpet installation; flooring sales; and scheduling/ purchasing flooring products. Currently I am also enrolled in two classes at Glendale Community College in Glendale, AZ. I am taking classes to attain my Personal Trainers certificate and transition into the Fitness Industry. Fitness has always been a passion of mine since childhood, my brother and I always had some type of fitness related competition going on. I really enjoy challenging myself in the gym and I know how difficult it can be to motivate yourself to push through a work out. I want to be able to help people find the inner drive to achieve the physical transformation they wish to attain. I enjoy working with people in one on one situations. In my experience these situations have yielded me better results when I've instructed individuals on how to do work related task. I consider myself a people person and I really enjoy being around different types of people.
