Business-oriented IT strategic view – I can easily understand the business and its expectations regarding the technology area. As a facilitator, I maintain a constant relationship with other departments to align needs, in addition to identifying opportunities for improvement. I always seek to balance investments in technology in line with the strategic planning pursued by the business, I drastically reduce infrastructure costs through renegotiation and readjustment of contracts with suppliers without losing quality of service; in addition to ensuring more than 99% availability of the technological environment in the companies I work with through planning and management of the IT area and its multidisciplinary teams. Project management – As a direct technical manager for innovation and automation projects, I implemented the agile methodology in the IT area with the adoption of KPIs and OKRs, technically enabled important products for automation such as RPAs to power customer systems, digital certificates in the cloud improving control and auditing, integration between ERP and third-party systems, BI and Workflow tools ensuring standardization and consolidation of reports. Implemented the best physical and logical security tools avoiding attacks, leaks and incidents; protecting sensitive business data. Improved the quality of communication between branches (data and voice) through the implementation of connectivity solutions with intelligent load balancing, ensuring efficiency. As direct or indirect responsible I participate in change committees making the technical planning of all necessary actions. Multidisciplinary action - As a “DPO” intermediating, with great technical knowledge, the interests of the controller and the data subject, being responsible for communicating with the national LGPD authority. I carry out a general audit of data in search of deviations and incidents that may reflect negatively on the business. I provide necessary training related to the technology area for new employees and periodically reinforce all employees.
