My purpose is to “Serve people in their quest for fulfillment”! My vision is to "Embrace vulnerability as a tool for improvement". It moves me to see the potential of human diversity, to the detriment of its problems, facilitating what people do best, focusing on strengths and managing weaknesses, with a total orientation towards quality and commitment to excellence. Therefore, I dedicate myself to what I most care and is core of all processes, projects and evolution: PEOPLE! I am passionate about helping people in their self-knowledge and in the development of personal and social skills for a better understanding of others, better interpersonal relationships and better social awareness. I am fully committed on people interactions, sharing, delivering and installing skills, building empathy and developing engagement, to embrace & enjoy change & challenges, to engage inter and intra successfully and to provide and promote excellency. To achieve my present state and the continuous improvement, I developed my soft skills, becoming a Gallup Certified Strenghts Coach, Master in Neuromarketing and Consumer Neuroscience [Psicossoma / Universidade da Guarda], a Paul Ekman International Licensed Certified in Emotional Skills and Competencies as well as in Truthfulness and Credibility, a NLP Life Training Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, an IICD International Certified Corporate [Executive and Business] Coach, Inner Gamer Trainer and a Toastmaster Competent Communicator. The set of knowledge and wide experience of being a successful Owner and Manager in the Pharmaceutical area for more than 20 years, along with the Management/Marketing/HR post-graduations is my toolbox of hard skills, that together with the human ones, makes of me an accountable expert in smart skills, with my values of Authenticity, Service (to others), Courage, Open-mindedness, Good humor, Sustainability.
