Since 2011, I have led the Operations Department at LifeMiles, transforming ideas into real results. In 2019 I was promoted to COO, further expanding my responsibilities and impact. I’ve played a key role in launching numerous customer and business initiatives, driving success through business process design, IT rules definition, metrics creation, project management, and team leadership. Notably, the LifeMiles program has earned multiple world-class awards, a testament to the impactful projects I’ve contributed to. My experience covers a wide range of areas, where I’ve driven impactful results on major projects, such as: • Launching the LifeMiles program and building key functionality for Star Alliance membership. • Numerous cost saving initiatives across the different areas I’ve managed in call center, fraud prevention, fulfillment operations, credit card check out orchestration, among other. • Creating and managing customer experience metrics to improve satisfaction in call center operations and digital channels. • Improving accounting and financial process reporting, partner on-boarding, and systems configurations for faster and billing and accounting cycles Leadership and teamwork have always been key to my success.
