Currently have a role as a customer service representative, assisting customers via phone and email channels. Providing answers to inquiries, general payment transaction information and assisting clients in locating their purchased tickets for events. As a Billing Operations Specialist at NextTrucking, I manage container movement billing, ensuring accuracy through documentation, status tracking, and client communications via email and video calls. My process improvements have reduced disputes and errors by 18%, enhancing overall efficiency. In my role as a Technical Support Specialist at 5CA, I provided remote assistance to customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, resolving software and hardware concerns, and ensuring a seamless user experience. My ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish allowed me to support a diverse customer base, delivering tailored solutions based on individual needs. At AT & T, as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, I handled a high volume of inquiries, ranging from billing concerns to technical issues, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements. My experience in both roles honed my ability to think critically, manage multiple priorities, and provide empathetic, customer-centric service. These experiences have shaped my strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and focus on continuous learning, which I aim to apply to new opportunities in the future.
