He is an experienced technical leader with a background that encompasses both delivery management principles and deep technical expertise in critical software domains. Currently serving as a Cluster Head, he is responsible for Stakeholder management and unifying multiple Units under a cohesive strategy and ensuring a successful and timely delivery. As a Cluster Head, he acts as a conductor: identifying risks, formulating strategies, empowering Units to execute tactics, while also guiding efforts to navigate emerging challenges and mitigate risks. Luís also possesses significant knowledge in embedded safety, being familiar with various industry standards across automotive, aeronautics, and industrial sectors. Prior to his current role, Luís gained diversified experience in the development and Verification & Validation (V&V) of both enterprise applications and safety/mission-critical software. This includes hands-on experience with rigorous industry standards such as ECSS Level B SW, DO-254 Level A for airborne electronic hardware, and ISO26262 for automotive products, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles across various critical applications.
