With over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles, including 10 years as Chief Financial Officer, it is my goal to leverage my past experiences for clients. We generally work with executives: • Who recognized that they have limited resources and time to manage overhead expenses as well as they would like; or, • Who have already made reasonable efforts at reducing vendor costs and want specialized help in recovering more cash flow; or, • Who realize their resources should be focused on higher priority initiatives. We generally squeeze out an additional 20% in expense reduction for them—and we do it without jeopardizing existing relationships and without forcing clients to use specific vendors.
