Started at Vendimus 6 years ago as the 6th employee of the company as a junior account manager. I learned every process from scratch and optimized by giving my input and ideas. 1 year later, I became the first senior account manager of the company and since 2022, Head of Operations for the PT Branch. Lead generation became, quickly, my passion but also the development of the company by training new joiners/talents. After this challenge, I took a break in 2023 and came back in 2024 to a more adapted role, as Director of Global Delivery. This role fits my sales delivery and project management skills much more and made me feel better. Growing in the company by performance, client obsession and leadership makes me proud and hungry for more.
