Having held a variety of positions, my professional experience shows a growing trajectory which sustains the ability of now being a dynamic leader, self-motivated individual, committed person and with a pragmatic approach in what concerns goals which are individually or collectively defined. As my career demonstrates, I have lived and worked in different countries with completely different cultures embracing demanding challenges, which has shaped my ability to adapt to different and adverse situations. My experience is in developing strategies, project execution concepts, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to achieve all the proposed goals and repeatedly trying to create value for the organizations by introducing innovative processes and procedures. I believe that a well succeeded leader can only lead from behind, using a huge dose of common sense while being a passionate believer in the cause that I embrace.
