As the Head of Mobile Marketing Product Line at Thales, a global leader in digital security and identity solutions, I lead the strategy, development, and delivery of mobile applications, mobile marketing, and social networks for the largest telecom operators in the world. With over 20 years of experience in the mobile communication industry, I have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of the customer needs and market trends in this fast-changing sector. I have successfully managed complex and large-scale projects, such as the SaaS implementation of a mobile marketing platform for a major operator in Latin America, where I was responsible for the program management, customer relationship, and team coordination across four countries. I have also leveraged my engineering skills and MBA knowledge to create innovative and value-added solutions that enhance the user experience and generate new revenue streams for our clients.
