Background
About Luis Lizama
March 2023 – Present I joined DoradoBet.com at a key moment, as the brand was just entering the Chilean online gambling and sports betting market. I initially served as Content Lead, building a consistent editorial strategy aligned with the culture we aimed to communicate, establishing partnerships with content creators, and overseeing social media and graphic production alongside the design team. Since March 2024, I’ve held the role of Country Leader for Chile, taking full ownership of local operations. My core responsibilities include: End-to-end management of local teams (influencers, social media, communications). Operational coordination with remote teams (primarily based in Colombia). Oversight of the DoradoBet platform in Chile. Budget management and local strategic planning. Brand representation and commercial leadership in the Chilean market. My role has been defined by adaptability, strategic leadership, and decision-making in a highly competitive and constantly evolving industry.
