About Luis Mallet

I'm Luís Mallet, born in Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais - Brazil), where I currently reside, but I've lived in Amazonas, Alagoas and the United Kingdom. I have a licenciature degree and a bachelor's degree in Geography from UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais). I completed academic mobility at the Federal University of Amazonas, completing two subjects in the Master's degree in Geography. I also have a Postgraduate Degree in Social Impact and Sustainability, as well as a Specialization in Law and Socio-Environmental Governance. I am currently studying an MBA in Business Management and Innovation at Faculdade Pitagoras. I have experience working in the Environment, Mining, Socioeconomics, Agrarian Development, Environmental Education, Corporate Social Responsibility, IFC, Equator Principles, Socioenvironmental Studies, International Audits and Project Management. I have worked and coordinated the writing and development of various documents, such as: EIA-RIMA, RADA, PAEBM, PEA, PEAT, PFM, PCA, ESIA, PGA, etc, having worked on work for various companies and institutions, such as VALE, BHP, Samarco, Mineração Vale Verde, Atlantic Nickel, Gerdau, Usiminas, Vallourec, Sigma Lithium, BBX, Morro do Ipê, AngloGold, Ministério Público de Minas Gerais, Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte, among others. I am currently an Environmental Analyst at Brandt Meio Ambiente.
