To succeed in this field, you need to be a problem-solver, a strategist, and an efficiency expert—all at once. My journey into logistics started unexpectedly. While giving a ride to a French colleague, I helped him solve an issue he was struggling with. His reaction made me realize something: problem-solving and customer service are my strengths. That moment set me on a path where I combined my skills with my passion for travel, leading me to work in executive transportation and high-value cargo logistics. Over time, my expertise expanded, and I became trusted by international corporations to handle sensitive, high-stakes deliveries. In a country where security is a constant challenge, I developed risk management strategies to ensure the safe transportation of valuable assets in the automotive, food, and energy sectors. One of my biggest career achievements was creating a financial forecast that helped launch and sustain a flour mill company for seven years. Additionally, I successfully managed cross-border financial operations, aligning U.S. and Mexican accounting systems, proving that logistics isn’t just about movement—it’s about strategic financial and operational efficiency. I believe that every person has a skill or proficiency that makes them exceptional—the key is to develop it and use it to drive success. My goal for the next five years is to step into a management role, adding value to organizations by optimizing supply chain operations and increasing profitability. Supply chain doesn’t end when materials are delivered—it ends when the customer is fully satisfied with the final product. That’s my mindset, and that’s what sets me apart.
