About Luis Ochoa

With a Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University and a passion for design, I am a project captain at Civica, a firm that specializes in innovative and sustainable projects. I have been working for Civica for four months, collaborating with experienced architects and engineers to create and deliver high-quality designs for various clients. In my role, I use my skills in design, 3D design, and Adobe Creative Suite to develop and present conceptual and schematic designs, produce detailed drawings and coordinate with consultants and contractors. I have contributed to several projects, such as mixed-use development, commercial and residential, where I demonstrate my creativity, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to explore new challenges and opportunities in the field of architecture. My goal is to make a meaningful impact through my work and to advance the architecture profession.
