Luis is a Managing Director with KPMG with nearly 20 years of consulting experience. He has helped leading global organizations transform their operating models and the way they delivery business services. He has deep experience driving enterprise-wide transformation, cost management, and global scalability programs. Luis has deep experience leading change through organizations by optimizing delivery of back-office and front-office functions, enabling transformation through the use of shared services and outsourcing, and driving digital process transformation. Luis' experience includes end-to-end management of strategic programs from senior management business case buy-in through implementation and process optimization. Luis is a recognized industry leader in Global Business Services (GBS), having delivered presentations at global industry conferences in over 12 countries. He has deep experience with shared services and outsourcing assessments, business cases, shared services design and stand up, BPO implementation and transitions, outsourcing contract negotiations, process redesign and transformation, RPA assessments, and optimization. Luis has worked with clients, vendors, and countries across GBS. Luis has in country shared service and outsourcing experience in over 26 countries around the world.
