About Luis Ramirez

I am a self-taught individual who began developing websites using HTML at the age of 11 in However, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science and went on to earn Master's and Doctoral degrees in Nanotechnology. During this time, I created websites using PHP and MySQL, as well as scripts using Origin C to analyze data. In addition, I programmed a Microchip in C for a low-cost PCR prototype. By the end of my doctoral program, I had become proficient in CSS3 / Sass, jQuery, and Vanilla Js. Currently, I utilize React Js and Node Js, as well as Ruby on Rails and Python, and employ serverless services from Amazon Web Services (AWS). I am constantly expanding my knowledge base, particularly in the areas of Microservices, and DevOps. Collaborating with like-minded individuals is something I enjoy, as I value exchanging knowledge and experiences. When I'm not involved in development work, I am a professional photographer who specializes in portraits of women. Early in my photography career, I developed a platform for my clients to easily select their preferred photos.
