About Luis Ramsses Cobos

I’m a results-focused professional who thrives on turning complex challenges into practical solutions. With experience across marketing, program development, and operations in a SaaS-enabled home improvement environment, I specialize in streamlining processes, improving reporting, and leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable results. In my current role as Marketing Manager, I help drive record-breaking sales and revenue, exceeding 100% of the company budget every month to date. Previously, I led our largest program — the Lowe’s countertop program — exceeding budget by 120% every month during my tenure.I enjoy connecting strategy with execution, building tools and processes that make teams more effective, and helping organizations turn inefficiency into impact. I’m energized by problem-solving, collaborating across departments, and creating solutions that improve both business outcomes and the customer experience.
