About Luis Rivas

I am a graduate in Social Communication with extensive experience in different areas, including Graphic Design, Photography, Event Planning, Budget Execution, Image and Advertising Coordination, website administration, and content curation. Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to manage important media websites such as La Prensa and El Nuevo Diario, which has allowed me to acquire solid experience in managing digital content and creating effective online marketing strategies. I have also had the opportunity to plan, organize, and execute corporate events, which has allowed me to develop skills in budget management and interaction with suppliers of inputs and services. Currently, I dedicate myself to preparing designs for digital and print formats, supporting internal communication logistics, monitoring media, designing informative internal bulletins, and implementing strategies in the area of Communication and Social Media. In addition, I have worked as a professor of Cyber Communication at the Central American University (UCA), which has allowed me to share my knowledge with the next generation of communication professionals. In my free time, I like to explore different hobbies, such as astronomy, where I was a member of the Nicaraguan Association of Amateur Astronomers (ANASA), photography, and handling information related to weather and air traffic. I am also an active user of Twitter for more than 10 years, which has allowed me to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in communication and digital marketing.
