In the last years, responsible for the Strategy Plan of the Company to increase sales through de benefit taxes, reduced costs, and the best method to finance the customers in the transactions B2B. Majored in Accounting holding with the valid register on CRC (Local Council of Accountants) and MBA of Business Administration by FGV. As a South America Controller/CFO, I had developed not only the general business practice but also the work team leadership/management. Among the areas of work, are highlighted Accountancy, Tax, Costs, Finance, Treasury, Intercompany Transaction, HR, IT, International Trading as well as Purchasing practice and management. I was the leader in the KPI implementation and BNDES project to get a loan to have a new production plant. Moreover, I had been in charge of Budget, Forecast, Cash Flow, and monthly closing reports and was responsible for keeping the control and P&L management. Besides that, I had been responsible for the implementation of: • ISO 9001 Quality System. • TOTVS • SAP. • Microsoft Dynamic Navision. • Oracle • SPED • SOX procedures • Industrial Costs and internal accountancy. Management of sales price to the final customers, development of general sales price, contribution margin, and sales orders approval had been additional practiced skills. Furthermore, The Audit Fiscal Year Closure of Brazil, Chile, and Colombia sites were also under my responsibility Frequent South America Business trips in order to coordinate the local company auditing processes as well as trips to Europe for Budget, Cash Flow Forecast, and Fiscal Year Closure presentations.
