About Luis Salgado

As a Civil Engineer, I have the oportunity to relate my curiosity and my passion for technology with the knowledge I have aquired during my academic training and align them with my objectives. At the moment I'm looking for a full-time job while working on the design of road projects, earthworks and road signs using tools such as AutoCad. I have computational knowledge in tools such as Excel, Word and intermediate efficiency on Matlab and Mathcad. My English level is advanced (C1), certified by a TOEIC exam where I got 975/990 points, so I'm excited about the opportunities where I can apply these skills. I recently obtained certifications as Building Inspector and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Both courses validated by the Ministry of Public Works (MOP). In my free time I love going to the gym to lift weights. I'm not particularly good at it, but I've met a lot of people in the process. I schedule my workouts in Excel spreadsheets and keep track of my progress so I always come prepared and with a goal in mind.
