I'm a self motivated individual with over five years of experience in a warehouse environment. I'm currently working for a start-up company that has goals of increasing and expanding over the next few years which is allowing me to learn and understand more of the operations side of the business. As Prep supervisor I manage 20+ associates and focus on quality control, inventory management, database management, labor planning and the developing of new talent. I possess strong communication skills with great problem solving abilities that I have refined during my employment with Amazon Fresh as well as Imperfect Produce. As a bilingual individual fluent in English and Spanish with management experience and Excellent understanding of inventory and quality control; I am confident that I will be an asset to any company that decides to hire me. I would also like to state that my hunger and thirst for knowledge allows me to succeed in any new ventures that I partake in. Therefore, in order to keep growing at an intellectual and professional level by achieving all personal goals, I would like to be a part of a company that will challenge me while allowing me to grow and gain knowledge that will further my career.
