I am a Software Engineer that likes to improve process. I have been working for more than 12 years on taking systems to the next level using the latest technologies available but more important by listening to the customers and making sure we provide the best in software / hardware. My philosophy is that technology should not be a problem but a facilitator. If your see your system as the problem that is where i can help. I have work in projects that were already live others that were just ideas. Projects worth million of dollar, with hundred of users and with no clear requirements. I am able to engage with business and get the real requirements, think out of the box, see all the different options we can offer and make the system that they deserve. I can do my job with excellence because i love technology. I am always looking for that new technology, listening to my coworkers and learning as this is a never ending learning career. More importantly i cannot do this by myself, i am proud of being able to lead large groups of software engineers and be able to get them to work with the same goal, to provide the best technology can offer to our customers. I am an architect but on my heart i will always be a developer. I like coding, i have knowledge with Microsoft products, this allow me to not only design but thing as a developer on what is going to take to make a design a reality. I can take a product from just an idea all the way to a real product, by being able to work on all the different aspects of a project. Finally, as i said i love my work and a i always willing to give that extra that is require to meet not only the requirements but timelines. An excellent product cannot be delivery late because is not excellent any more.
