About Luis Vasquez

I'm a problem-solver at heart with a background that blends hands-on work and management experience across diverse fields. I grew up working in the home improvement industry with my father and uncles, learning the value of hard work and craftsmanship early on. My journey then led me to retail, where I grew into the position of Operations and Facilities Manager at James Perse Ent. Overseeing day-to-day operations, managing facilities, and ensuring smooth processes gave me a deeper understanding of how crucial efficiency and attention to detail are to successful business operations. After diving into software engineering in 2022, I expanded my technical skills, but ultimately found my passion lies in roles that allow me to combine my operational experience with a focus on people and process improvement. Currently, I’m putting my problem-solving skills to work in the contracting world, but I’m eager to return to retail operations where I can help businesses thrive.Whether it's streamlining operations, managing teams, or ensuring customers have the best possible experience, I’m motivated by creating solutions that work. I’m excited to connect with others in retail and operations, as I look for my next opportunity to contribute and grow.
