I have been in this industry for a while for a couple of very good reasons. I love this industry and what it provides, and I love working to create an experience for our guests and employees. But, I have realized that my skills and knowledge in this industry can translate into others, and that is why I am very interested in this opportunity. I provide a solid knowledge of numbers and human resources skills. I have dedicated myself to be an excellent problem solver, looking for better ways to manage my business, labor, marketing, and development. I also strive to make processes more efficiently while still looking to improve a customer experience. My leadership is most exemplified by my ability to also develop talent, turning people into the next managers and general managers in my groups.I bring a great attitude to work every day and I look to improve from the previous day. I want to build and grow the best team in sales, guest satisfaction, retention, and leadership. I am hoping to bring all these skills and great attitude blended with desire to grow and learn with a new company.
