I don’t just manage labs, I design the systems that make them work. From infrastructure and capital projects to internal platforms and smart tools, I build ecosystems that reduce friction, increase throughput, and help engineers do their best work. My work spans thermal test capacity expansion, multi-million-dollar infrastructure execution, and internal systems that automate status tracking, resource planning, and visibility with live, actionable data. I operate with high agency, systems thinking, and a mindset focused on clarity, autonomy, and scalable impact. Whether leading people, designing processes, or integrating systems, I bring structure where others see complexity. Outside of work, I actively design my own development, attending premium workshops in Mexico, Australia and the U.S. on leadership, communication, systems thinking, and strategic execution. I invest in ideas, perspectives, discomfort, relationships, and growth, not just credentials.
