As an online shop volunteer at Oxfam, I apply my passion for social justice and digital marketing to support the charity's mission and vision. I use my product photography and research skills to create appealing and informative listings for donated items, increasing online sales and donations. I also work as a barista maestro (team leader) at Costa Coffee, where I oversee coffee preparation, mentor the team, maintain quality standards, and ensure exceptional customer service. I have developed online retail skills by managing inventory, creating reports, and identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies. I graduated from the University of South Wales with a BA in Media Production, where I learned how to produce engaging and creative media content for various platforms and audiences. I am currently pursuing a MS in Strategic and Digital Marketing at the same university, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in SEO, social media marketing, and digital analytics. I have obtained multiple certifications from reputable online platforms such as Semrush, HubSpot, and Hootsuite Academy, demonstrating my commitment and enthusiasm for digital marketing.
