About Luisa Cambara

Hey there! My name is Luisa—nice to e-meet you! A bit about me: After working in the Customer industry for 10+ years, I decided to make a drastic (and a bit scary!) decision to go back to school and earn my Marketing Communications Diploma at BCIT. I graduated in 2019, and my marketing career kicked off with an internship at a local, fast-growing SaaS tech company. Today, I find myself at a digital marketing agency called Patio, led by a team of incredibly talented and inspiring women. I strongly believe that learning never stops, and am continuously curious and eager to continue my marketing education. I've been incredibly blessed to be surrounded by some brilliant humans at Patio who teach me something every day. In my time spent in the marketing world, I've participated in trade show marketing, as well as customer focused VIP events, finding satisfaction in seeing these events come together successfully. I've also supported in managing multiple social media accounts for diverse clients, creating content that aligns with various strategies. My favourite part of the job? Short-form video production for social media! I am excited to explore what the future holds in marketing, the digital landscape, AI, and the constantly evolving world of social media algorithms. I look forward to continuing to learn and make an impact as I progress in my marketing career.
