I have a certain communication and interpersonal skills and an excellent team spirit and I have the ability to work in a team and for objectives. In PCA Consultative Broker, as an Account Surety & Credit I have developed complete autonomy in the management of relationships with companies and customers, both in the role of Senior Surety & Credit Account and in the administration and portfolio management sector. In 3M Italia SpA I worked in a multicultural environment and managed various marketing campaigns, events, congresses and fairs in a team. As a professional service, I coordinated the teamwork of salespeople from all regions of Italy. Thanks to the relationship activity carried out in recent years, I am able to communicate accurately and above all to respond to the needs of users and / of the reference client. I have good autonomy in the organization of work, priorities and timing with which it must be carried out. I am able to manage several activities at the same time respecting the deadlines and the set targets and to organize team work: thanks to the work experience I have gained, I have a good ability to coordinate groups of people. During my professional career I have participated at courses in marketing, assertiveness, team building, communication, social media marketing and in many courses on the various insurance branches and on the surety branch in particular (financial products as cyber risk, professional indemnity policy, crime policy, D&O, plastic card insurance, bankers blanket bond.) During the university period I was involved in data processing and market research. I worked as a hostess, promoter and event organization. I would be happy to be able to reposition myself in the marketing/communication/public relations and organization of events,sectors on which I oriented my study courses and my first work experiences or in a new company linked to insurance/brokerage world in which I have twenty years of experience.
