I am a driven, creative and value-driven leader with credibility in implementing strategic initiatives related to next-generation education and sustainability in large multi-cultural organizations. Throughout the last ten years, I have honed my skills in partnerships, communications and research as a manager in Danish and US organizations. I am particularly energized by driving partnerships for organizational transformation as well as bringing organizational communications to the next level.I bring a high level of energy, positive, playful and collaborative spirit as well as a 'can-do' problem-solving attitude to the teams and projects that I am part of and lead.
